Suspension and Termination of Service
TimeZE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any auction, user account, or use of the service at our sole discretion without prior notice, including but not limited to the following cases:

Repeated breaches of specific terms.
Listing of suspicious or prohibited items.
Suspicion of non-payment or fraudulent activity.
In the event of suspected misconduct, we may temporarily suspend your account or listing while conducting an investigation. If the investigation confirms misconduct, the account will be permanently terminated.
User Conduct
Users are solely responsible for their actions and content on TimeZE. You must ensure that your buying or selling activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes verifying that you have the legal right to buy or sell the relevant item. Any transmission of unlawful, abusive, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content is strictly prohibited. Encouraging or engaging in criminal activity or any behavior that could result in civil liability is also forbidden.
It is strictly prohibited to list or sell counterfeit watches, replica watches, or components that are not authentic. Any listings suspected of violating this rule will be immediately removed, and the seller's account may be suspended or terminated.
Membership and Eligibility
TimeZE membership is available to anyone who can legally form binding contracts. Minors (under the age of 16) are not permitted to register. Accounts found to be created by minors will be immediately terminated.
Platform Role and Liability
TimeZE provides a comprehensive platform for both auctions and direct sales (Buy Now), enabling sellers to list items for bidding or immediate purchase. Buyers can participate in auctions by placing bids or complete transactions instantly through the Buy Now option. We do not participate in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers and do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of items or listings. We are not responsible for:
Damage to items during transit or inspection.
Misrepresentations or contract breaches by buyers or sellers.
Completing sales or payments between parties.
If a fraudulent transaction occurs, TimeZE will offer assistance within reasonable measures, but assumes no liability for losses or damages resulting from user transactions.
ESCROW Service (Future Service)
To enhance transaction security and build trust among users, TimeZE will offer an optional ESCROW service in the future. This paid service will add an additional layer of security to transactions by involving TimeZE as a trusted intermediary.
How It Works:
Funds and Product Transfer to TimeZE:
The buyer will transfer the payment to TimeZE while the seller ships the product directly to us.
Product Verification:
Our team will perform an initial inspection to ensure that the product matches the listing description and includes all promised components. We will also perform a quick preliminary assessment of authenticity. For a thorough authenticity verification, users can opt for a professional evaluation performed by an authorized expert or official importer, which may involve additional fees and extended processing time.
Completion of Transaction:
Upon successful verification, TimeZE will release the funds to the seller and ship the product to the buyer.
This service aims to minimize risks for both buyers and sellers by ensuring product quality and secure payment handling. Please note that this service will be offered for an additional fee.
Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
All content uploaded by users, including images, descriptions, and other materials, must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. TimeZE reserves the right to remove content that violates copyright or trademark laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload is original or properly licensed.
Fees and Payment Policies
TimeZE may charge fees for a variety of services, including but not limited to listing fees, transaction fees, store fees, and upgrade fees for enhanced visibility and premium auction features. Detailed information regarding all applicable fees can be found on the Site Fees page. All fees will be clearly disclosed prior to initiating the service, ensuring full transparency.
If fees are not settled in a timely manner, the user's account may be restricted or suspended until payment is completed. TimeZE reserves the right to pursue outstanding fees through appropriate measures.
Return and Refund Policy
TimeZE does not handle returns or refunds directly. Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating and resolving any disputes related to returns or refunds. In cases involving the ESCROW service, refunds will only be processed if the item fails the initial inspection.
User Disputes and Resolution
TimeZE is not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. However, we are committed to assisting in dispute resolution when necessary. Our team will make reasonable efforts to hear both parties, collect relevant evidence, and support a fair resolution.

Limitation of Liability
TimeZE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

By using TimeZE, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined therein.
Prohibited Items and Activities
It is strictly prohibited to list items that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or violate intellectual property rights. TimeZE reserves the right to remove such listings and suspend the responsible accounts immediately.

In such cases, TimeZE will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as possible but assumes no liability for interruptions caused by such force majeure events.
Compliance with Local Laws
Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities on TimeZE comply with all local, state, and national laws applicable in their jurisdiction. This includes verifying the legality of buying, selling, or trading specific items within their country.
Any customs duties, import or export taxes, VAT, or other applicable fees related to the shipping and receiving of products are solely the responsibility of the buyer and/or seller. It is the responsibility of both parties to verify applicable taxes, duties, and regulations prior to completing a transaction.
TimeZE is not responsible for any legal violations committed by users. If TimeZE becomes aware of illegal activity, the platform reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
Account Suspension and Appeal
TimeZE reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions or suspected fraudulent activities.
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal the decision by submitting a formal request through the Contact Us page or via the official support email. The appeal must include relevant information and explanations regarding the suspension. TimeZE will review the appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
